I am an assistant professor of European History at Florida Gulf Coast University (in Ft. Myers, FL).
I completed my Ph.D. in History at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 2005. My dissertation examined Jewish resistance during the Nazi dictatorship--more specifically, groups of young Jews who had backgrounds in left-wing organizations.
I attended Brandeis University in 1997-98, earning a Master's degree, and I picked up my B.A. at Appalachian State in 1986.
